 About The Book

This book aligns with the PCI regulations, 2014. This practical component has two parts, modern analytical techniques and pharmaceutics. This attempt concentrates on the pharmaceutics part.

Special emphasis is laid on the selection of drugs, excipients and methodologies, for conducting assignments with rationalization. The manual is designed to keep the content cohesively and support aspects are separately reported, in Appendixes A, B, and C. Appendix A provides supplementary information, Appendix B covers the analytical methods and Appendix C details the preparations of reagents. An attempt is made to model the dissolution profiles through computer-aided analysis (DDSolver).

Special emphasis is given on the lines of expectations.
         1. Applications of concepts and principles to pharmacy.
         2. Independent processing of raw data, through model calculations.
         3. Illustrations organized the laboratory work.
         4. A question bank for guiding students to perform viva voce well.
